All returns will be subject to a £3.50p handling charge. Refunds will not be given if the items are marked or damaged. Shoes and Boots from our Fitting Shoe Section (from E to 5E) we undertake to ensure that the shoes we make are to your satisfaction but we do need all customers to follow our fitting guide instructions very carefully and acurately as the correct fit of the shoes is dependent on this information. Generally minor alterations if required are carried out free of charge, but we may ask for a contribution to postage costs if there is a customer error involved, this applies within the UK only.
